Community Guidelines

1. Adult Fictional Roleplay

Eternal+ supports fictional roleplay between adults.

This may include:

• romantic themes;
• adult relationships;
• sexual themes;
• fictional fantasies;
• mature language;
• emotionally intense scenarios;
• other adult-oriented fictional content.

The availability of Unfiltered mode or similar features does not mean that all content is permitted.

The boundaries below continue to apply.

2. Minors and Minor-Coded Sexual Content

Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.

You must not use Eternal+ to request, create, encourage, or facilitate:

• sexual content involving anyone under 18;
• sexualized depictions of minors;
• sexual roleplay involving minors;
• minor-coded sexual characters;
• child sexual exploitation or abuse;
• grooming;
• sexual exploitation of minors.

This applies whether the content is described as real, fictional, illustrated, AI-generated, roleplayed, or otherwise synthetic.

Attempts to evade this rule by changing terminology, ages, or labels while clearly depicting a minor are also prohibited.

3. Sexual Exploitation and Trafficking

Eternal+ must not be used to facilitate:

• human trafficking;
• sex trafficking;
• commercial sexual exploitation;
• sexual exploitation of real people;
• coercive real-world sexual activity;
• other unlawful exploitation.

Fictional adult roleplay does not permit using the Service to organize, facilitate, or promote real-world exploitation.

4. Non-Consensual Sexual Content Involving Real People

Do not use Eternal+ to create or facilitate non-consensual sexual content involving identifiable real people.

This includes content intended to:

• sexually exploit a real person;
• depict a real person in intimate situations without consent;
• facilitate revenge pornography;
• facilitate sextortion;
• threaten disclosure of intimate material;
• create deceptive sexual impersonations intended to harm or exploit a real person.

Fictional adult roleplay should remain clearly separate from real-world sexual exploitation.

5. Real People and Impersonation

Do not use Eternal+ to impersonate real people in a deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or unlawful manner.

You must not use the Service to:

• falsely represent that an AI character is an actual person;
• deceive others about the identity of a real person;
• exploit another person's identity, image, or likeness unlawfully;
• facilitate fraud or harassment through impersonation.

6. Real-World Violence and Serious Harm

Fictional conflict and fictional dramatic scenarios may be part of roleplay.

However, Eternal+ must not be used to facilitate serious real-world harm.

You must not use the Service to:

• make credible threats against real people;
• plan or coordinate real-world violence;
• facilitate serious physical harm;
• provide operational assistance for serious criminal activity;
• encourage an imminent act of violence against an identifiable person.

Fictional storytelling is different from using the Service to facilitate real-world harm.

7. Harassment, Stalking, and Abuse

Do not use Eternal+ to facilitate targeted real-world harassment or abuse.

This includes:

• stalking;
• targeted threats;
• coercive harassment;
• doxxing;
• publishing or seeking another person's private information for harmful purposes;
• coordinated abuse against identifiable people.

This guideline is intended to address harm directed toward real people and does not prohibit fictional conflict between AI characters within lawful roleplay.

8. Self-Harm and Dangerous Conduct

Eternal+ should not be used to encourage or provide operational assistance for serious self-harm or other dangerous real-world behavior.

AI characters are not mental health professionals or emergency services.

If you are facing an immediate real-world emergency or risk of serious harm, seek help from an appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional.

9. Fraud and Illegal Activity

Do not use Eternal+ to facilitate fraud or serious unlawful activity.

Examples include:

• phishing;
• scams;
• identity theft;
• credential theft;
• malicious financial deception;
• trafficking;
• serious cyber abuse;
• operational assistance for serious criminal acts.

Fictional roleplay about crime is not the same as using the Service to meaningfully facilitate real-world criminal conduct.

10. Malicious Use of the Service

Do not intentionally damage, disrupt, or abuse Eternal+.

You must not:

• distribute malware through the Service;
• attempt unauthorized access to Eternal+ systems;
• interfere with service infrastructure;
• deliberately exploit security vulnerabilities;
• bypass account restrictions or enforcement measures;
• abuse automated access;
• attempt to defeat technical usage limits in unauthorized ways.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect the privacy of real people.

Do not use Eternal+ to expose, collect, or misuse another person's private information for harmful or unlawful purposes.

This may include:

• passwords;
• account credentials;
• private contact details;
• financial information;
• government identifiers;
• private intimate information.

You should also avoid sharing your own highly sensitive personal information unnecessarily in AI conversations.

12. Intellectual Property

Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

Do not knowingly use Eternal+ to distribute or commercially exploit material in a way that unlawfully infringes another person's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

13. Spam and Platform Abuse

Do not use Eternal+ for:

• automated spam;
• abusive high-volume requests;
• fraudulent traffic;
• attempts to manipulate usage systems;
• unauthorized resale of access;
• other activity intended to exploit or disrupt the Service.

14. Attempts to Evade These Guidelines

Do not attempt to evade these Guidelines through:

• deliberate misspellings;
• coded language;
• misleading age descriptions;
• repeated prompt manipulation;
• account cycling;
• other methods designed specifically to bypass restrictions.

Whether content violates these Guidelines depends on its substance and context, not merely the wording used.

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates these Community Guidelines, you may contact us:

When reporting an issue, please provide enough information for us to understand the problem, such as the relevant character, conversation, or other context where appropriate.

Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information in a report.

16. Enforcement

If we reasonably determine that activity violates these Community Guidelines, we may take action appropriate to the circumstances.

This may include:

• refusing or restricting certain content;
• limiting access to features;
• restricting an account;
• temporarily suspending access;
• permanently terminating an account;
• preserving or disclosing information where required by applicable law.

The action taken may depend on factors such as:

• the seriousness of the violation;
• whether the conduct is repeated;
• the potential for real-world harm;
• attempts to evade previous restrictions.

Serious violations may result in immediate enforcement.

17. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines as Eternal+ evolves.

Changes may reflect:

• new product features;
• emerging abuse patterns;
• safety requirements;
• changes in applicable law;
• changes to the operation of the Service.

When material changes are made, we may update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
